The NLRB ruled that a free and fair election did not take place last time because Amazon interfered. The new election will take place by mail-in ballot. Ballots will go out to workers beginning February 4, 2022 and will be due back to the NLRB before March 28, 2022. Click here to learn how to cast your ballot.
